Who: Teachers New to the 1:1 Expansion When: Saturday, September 26 K-2: 8:30-11:30 3-6: 12:30-3:30 Teachers will be reimbursed Per Diem Flyer with finalized information to come within the week!!! The I.T. department is trying to get 1:1 teacher devices out soon
Student Acceptable Use Policy Update	The English version of the Student Acceptable Use Policy (SAUP) is done, and has been emailed to principals by Mr. Johnson. OARS: Gradebook & E-Report Card Update	Gradebook can be accessed, but is not configured to map with the current report card version; therefore you can’t input grades The Report Card Committee will meet by September 15th to provide input for improvements of the 2015-2016 Version; invites forthcoming The goal is to have Gradebook configured by the end of September with grades able to map to the updated Report Card Professional Development around OAR’s, Gradebook, and the Report Card is being scheduled by Dr. Hernández Any questions on this please contact Dr. H
Alisal Technology Council: Reps Needed	The Alisal Technology Council is scheduled to begin on September 16 from 3:30-5:00. Each site should send a representative. The goal of this council will be to provide the District with guidance on implementing Instructional Technology. Please select your rep and email Mr. Johnson and Mr. Cogswell ASAP.
